Possession of this catalog does not constitute an offer to sell. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be shipped and billed at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to adjust orders to standard package quantities unless otherwise stated on purchase order.

Minimum order is $100.00 net. All orders less than the required minimum are subject to a 10% special shipping and handling surcharge. Please inspect all orders upon receipt and note any obvious damage when you sign for delivery.

2% 10th prox, net 30 days. Any amount past due is subject to a finance charge of 1½% per month (18% annually) on the past due balance. All returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee each time of occurrence—no exceptions.

No claims for shortage or damage will be allowed unless reported by consignee within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. ROC Enterprise, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any claim of injury during installation of ROC merchandise.

All orders for merchandise not in stock (back orders) will be cancelled, unless requested at time of order. All requested back orders will be shipped at current prices, unless special arrangements were made at time of order.

As an added convenience, ROC can provide large-volume buyers with special indent orders direct to their warehouses from overseas. These shipments save us the added cost of warehousing, handling, and freight, thereby lowering your cost. In order to qualify for indent orders, you must place your order 45 to 90 days in advance of delivery and meet volume specification. Each indent shipment is priced individually to provide you maximum savings.

ROC will pay freight charges on orders of $1,000.00 net prepaid or more shipped within the continental U.S. All orders not meeting freight terms will be shipped prepaid with the cost added to your invoice.

We do not accept returned merchandise without prior written approval from our office. Please have your invoice number and reason for return ready when you call. We will issue a returned goods authorization (RGA) for each return. Any return without an RGA will be returned to consignee freight collect. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns, and return goods must be in original packaging and condition unless items are defective. All returns for reasons other than ROC error or defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All payments which show deductions for returned goods must be accompanied by a credit memo issued by ROC for exactly that amount, or that amount shall be considered an unpaid balance, due and payable, and will be rebilled to the account. Returns for discontinued merchandise will not be accepted. This policy is valid on all acceptable returns for a period of one year from the date of purchase from ROC. Please refer to warranty (below).

All ROC merchandise is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from ROC. Our warranty is limited to the replacement or credit of material, not to exceed the original purchase price, and shall not include installation or labor charges of any kind. The warranty only covers the specific use of each item that it was designed for; improper use or installation of any ROC merchandise immediately voids the warranty.

All merchandise is sold to wholesale customers for resale. Customer assumes full liability for all taxes or other charges assessed or imposed by any government agency. All customers are required to furnish ROC with their tax exemption number, or applicable sales tax will be charged. All customers must have a current, completed, and signed credit application on file.

Prices and information in this catalog supersede previous publications. ROC Enterprise, Inc. shall not be held responsible for typographical errors and will be held blameless for any liabilities associated with misprints and/or errors on our price lists.
